Absolutely! With planning at your fingertips, it is very easy if you want to upgrade your services. Planning is a roller coaster, no matter what type of event, so I have created invicta to be flexible as well!

can i bump my package up, if needed?

That depends on where you live and if you even want that! The point of invicta is that wedding planning is easily accessible through the internet, so it is neither mandatory nor needed!

do we ever meet in person?

Depending on which package you select, my services vary. Please see the packages area on the home page.

What is included if i hire you?

I (Maci, lead planner and owner) am certified by Wedding MBA. I also have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Lastly, my experience includes 15+ years of coordinating surprise parties, seasonal parties, birthday parties, and three years of wedding planning.

what are your credentials?

One month out is the latest hiring date. When you are three to two weeks out, it is more chaotic for me to come in and take over.

how late can i book you?

Virtual wedding planning is exactly the same as in-person wedding planning. The only difference is the in-person fee and presence while planning.
